1. Die Lieferung der vom AG bzw. Vertragspartner bestellten Waren erfolgt, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart ist, auf dem Versandweg. Für den Versand ist grundsätzlich die vom AG bzw. Vertragspartner angegebene Lieferanschrift massgeblich.

2. Wird die bestellte Ware vom dem mit dem Transport beauftragten Unternehmen an die Trendt Vision zurück gesendet, da eine Zustellung beim AG bzw. Vertragspartner nicht durchführbar war, so trägt der AG bzw. Vertragspartner die Kosten für den nicht erfolgreichen Versand. Dies gilt nicht wenn der AG bzw. Vertragspartner den Umstand der zur erfolglosen Zustellung geführt hat nicht selbst zu verantworten hatte. Ferner gelten für die Rücksendekosten, bei wirksamer Ausübung des Widerrufsrecht, die in der Widerrufsbelehrung dargestellten Regelungen.

3. Die Lieferzeit beträgt bis zu 14 Tage. Auf eventuell abweichende Lieferzeiten weisen wir auf der jeweiligen Produktseite hin.

1. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods ordered by the customer or the contractual partner shall be delivered by dispatch. In principle, the delivery address indicated by the customer or contractual partner is decisive for the shipment.

2. If the ordered goods are sent back to Trendt Vision by the company commissioned with the transport, because a delivery at the CL or the contracting party was not feasible, the CL or the contracting party shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer or contractual partner was not responsible for the circumstance that led to the unsuccessful delivery. Furthermore, in the event of an effective exercise of the right of withdrawal, the provisions set out in the instructions for withdrawal shall apply to the return costs. 3.

3. The delivery time is up to 14 days. On any deviating delivery times, we point on the respective product page.

4. Shipping takes place with UPS and DHL.

5. Undelivered and picked-up orders will also be refunded. Reshipment and a guarantee that the product will still be available are not feasible.
